I need to move my HD to another system so I can create a dual-boot configuration 
with WinME and XP. My OEM version of WinME (Dell) is tied to the BIOS of the old 
system, so I'll need to purchase a full retail version (still available on eBay). 
I don't imagine the disk will have all the updates.  Even though ME is no longer 
supported, are the updates still available on the MS website?
