No.. It's some of the security features (and other things) that MS implemented.
You would need to follow MS' advice to get full functionality, or reinstall the
app. It may think it has been pirated. It isn't a matter of fooling the computer.
If the operating system was an OEM version and now is running on a different machine,
flags go up as to authenticity and ownership so the application is having the issue.
OEM versions aren't legally allowed to switch machines, even in Win 9X. :-(
