Does anyone know if the retail version of WinME installs a Windows/Options folder? 

I recently did a repair install using a retail version of the OS so I can move my 
HD to another system, but the Windows/Options folder remains.  It contains all the 
CAB and CBK files and takes up nearly a half gigabyte on the drive.

I'd like to delete it if this is strictly a folder put there by the original OEM 
WinME OS.
