Hey Guys, I went to IE6 install/remove then did a repair IE6, in fact twice. The first time when I reopened OE6, it gave me the directdb.dll error again. So far the second time it seems to be helping. I didn't know IF I should try to reinstall IE6 again on top of my existing IE6. I will try the links that you sent to me and see what I can do with them, hopefully I can get it resolved. I did try to rename the folder.old back to folder.dbx but it either refused to allow it to revert OR I could not find the original file on my pc. Any other possible ways to find and save/move my old emails in the bad .dbx file? Thanks and keep the ideas coming, Kenny
