Hello again Cosmo.

I post an answer on BC but I'll post is again here.

Well Cosmo internat.exe is part of the Windows operating system which is installed 
by Windows. You haven't said which OS you are using. I use Win98SE and I have internat.exe 
in the Win\Sys folder. Its the Keyboard Language Indicator Applet.

WinME is still basically Win9x system.  Leave the file alone.
