If the CD had not been recently activated on some other Computer, and your Product
Key matches the type XP copy you have, then it will probably work. No sure answer
until you try. The OEM CD's I have used won't upgrade, you have to do a Clean install
anyway, so if it doesn't work then you just reinstall ME, or buy another Working
Copy of XP
