Kiremerwa-Kato Simon - Thank you very much for taking time to offer suggestions.
My Start now has the Explorer back in it.
While going through procedures suggested, I opened
Taskbar Properties and checked “Display Shortcut menu". After that the Explorer
returned. I thank you for your time and help.
