kb891711, kb918547 rundll, mmsystem and all pics on pc including internet and icons are fuzzy

I started my pc the other morning and had kb891711 error then kb918547 error, my
mouse didn't work, then I received a dropdown box from system, then a rundll error
and all pics some of my icons are fuzzy. Some words are not eligible and when I go
to favorites or start or programs I can only read what is there by placing my cursor
on it. What can I do to fix this!!!!!!!!
