I tried the system restore first thing but I couldn't get to it. Computer wouldn't
let me do anything. It was like it was froze up. And I have tried several times to
reinstall it but it keeps saying can't download certain compontents. And I can't
find it on the control panel either so I'm stumped! lol...I don't understand why
it downloaded one time and now it won't. And to tell you the truth I'm not that good
at computer stuff. lol...
