Your monitor will display the desktop and folder icons at the appropriate size for
the display settings in use.
Therefore resetting the display (i.e. the Video Mode) to 800 x 600 - or to 640 x
480 if you prefer! - will increase the icon size, compared to a standard setting
of 1024 x 768.
Right-click on any blank area of the Desktop, and select the desired display setting
under "Video Modes".
