Thank you for your advise. I am familiar with Trend
Micro website. To suggest that WinMe is no longer
supported for running a virus scan is confusing.
Just last week I ran a satisfactory virus scan of my
whole system and even saved a log which prompted
me to want to run another scan.
I also have noted that I have had this same problem
in the past, only to be allowed to run the scan later
the same week.
If you have documented reports from Trend Micro
that states what you tell me, please forward that
statement to me. I will appreciate it a lot.
I will keep trying.
