It is the same one that on March (ancien) provided the information to correct the infection. The infection is: "ADW_mywebsearch". As I understand,the file is at c:/restore/archive/FS174 cab!...Ancien showed my how to delete my restore files and then run another scan. He provided me with a walkthrough which I saved, by just cannot find the instructions. I do not know if the process is the same that ancien showed me. I got rid of the infection back when ancien helped me, but now I have it again, what`s up with that? Can you tell me why it comes back, especially on that file that cannot be deleted by the scan itself, for as I understood ancien, that file is locked and cannot be deleted with I choose "clean now" at the end of the scan. Any help will be appreciated, as always. Also, please provide me with the steps to delete my restore files and then download it again, if that is the same process I used before.
