DanTheMan thank you for your advise malware/greyware infection. As you may know
I simply uninstalled(not removed) my restore files
and ran another scan to clean my computer. I then
installed restored again and have not had viruses
since then.
I do not have a firewall or any other virus protection
installed in my computer. I had Norton Internet Security when I used to have IE as
my browser, but
I discovered that IE was actually a virus trap and got
rid of it, and switched to Firefox, which came with a
lot of protections that I enjoy without any other costly
firewalls.
I am basically a reader, who just reads blogs and at
some point write a thread in a forum, other than that
I see no way that I could attract scams or viruses. I
stay away from porns sites as a personal rule, seen
one, seen them all -- that`s how I see it.
DanTheMan, thanks for your advise. Take care and
I seriously doubt that I would want to take down my
tool to fix my computer in case of need(restore). But
I will save the link you provided.P.S. I have had my computer several years now(WinMe),
and never had
problems with horses or serious bugs, other than my
own mistakes causing slow downs and lately restore,
but I have learned that this is also minor.
