Yo man!, it's not necessary to do all again for just one file... just start the pc
using a boot disk, then go to c:\windows\ and the folder where vmm32 is, then check
out for the file size, then ask a friend (with a floppy in the hand) to retrieve
his/her vmm32 file, take a copy from your pal, then put that copy to overwrite the
corrupted vmm32 in your system and see if that works, also, that problem has NOTHING
to do with the windows registry, so you lost your time restoring good backups...
I'm asking you for the file size since a corrupted file usually has a different size
than a non-corrupted one, so compare your file with your friend's and see if there's
any difference...
