re-establishing a secure wireless network

I have moved and I am trying to re-establish my wireless security using a new ISP on my Vista machine. When I select manage my wireless, I am not given an opportunity to change the default name, add an encryption key or limit mac addresses. I looked on the Linksys forum and they discuss how to connect a Vista machine to the wireless, but not how to use Vista to manage your wireless. I do this rarely so I may be missing an essential piece. Thank you for any assistance.
