Hi, thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in following up - no I understand what the tutorial says, I wanted to know if you can set the Start menu power button to always default to Shut Down for anyone who logs onto the machine, even for new user accounts (domain or local). I thought there might be something to tweak in the registry or a policy which could be set, but as yet have not found anything. Thanks for looking though.
