I don't know of such and myself wouldn't use one if I found it. Registry hacks tend to cause things like this not fix them. Yes, once in a while you will luck out, but it is probably the result of one of those or a viral thing that caused it to happen to begin with. Example; shutting off IPv6 to correct WiFi problems doesn't fix any WiFi problems. It just disallows the access to IPv6 sites which are growing at a very rapid rate. Many of these if not all tend to be hacks created by hacks because they don't know what they are doing to begin with.
