You have to go into the tedious process of disabling your startup items in msconfig
and re-enabling them one at a time, then re-booting each time, to find the culprit.
Two tips to make this faster/easier:
1. Use Winpatrol (free download) instead of msconfig - its easier to use and show
more startup items than msconfig.
2. Disable half of them, the re-boot - then you'll know which half the culprit is
in . . . and continue to narrow it down thus. In general this will speed up your
task.
