Or, as the original installation of this MS update does not provide an uninstall
button in Firefox, you might want to go to this page:

There, you can download the MS update to the update that updates the inability to
remove the extension from Firefox that does not have an uninstall button until you
run the update to the update. (No, I shall not parse that...).
Close FF, run the update that you have downloaded. Warning: After running the Update,
you may receive a warning from the MS updater that the installation failed. If that
does happen, just reboot the computer; when you then reopen FF, you should see the
uninstall button that was not (oops, I was just about to ramble on yet again, sigh.)
Click on Uninstall, restart FF, no more extension.
