Adobe AIR and Windows Media Sharing

Further to a recent post, I have now discovered that it is Windows Media Sharing that is opening Adobe AIR at startup. However, I'm always getting a dialogue box coming up that says the 'installation of this application is damaged.' Even if I uninstall and reinstall Adobe AIR I get the same message. Funny thing is, the application does seem to work - sharing media from my pc to my tv. Has anyone got a suggestion as to how I can stop this annoying message coming up. Thanks.
