Good question Charlie! When I unistall Adobe AIR I get a message at startup that says "This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found." (It doesn't say which application!) When I install it, I get an error message saying "This version is damaged." I can't win. I didn't install it purposefully, but had linked it in my mind to either BBC iPlayer or Windows Media Sharing so I can view photos on my TV through a connected wireless bridge. Through elimination, I find it is indeed BBC iPlayer that seems to demand Adobe AIR at startup so for the moment I've disabled it. Cheers, Phil
