Durkin (42 messages posted) Windows installer All of a sudden when I try to open my Ulead 4 picture manage I get the Windows In staller Icon which say's Installing"and just freezes, I have to re-boot to get rid of it. How can I correct this problem? Somehow I ended up with this program, Total Security, it pops up constantly saying my PC has a virus, (it don't) Tried to remove it with contol panel, its program itself. pops up and tries to get me to activate the program, and that the removal programs were deleted, so I have a program I dont want, and that I cant remove it til I activate it. Is this possible?
