How to Blick a single port by number

Can someone advise me if it’s possible to use Windows Firewall to block a single
port? I searched for this over the Internet, but none of the responses addressed
the issue. Each time the OP gave an example port to block and the discussion turned
into ways of blocking the program.

Can someone tell me if it’s possible to block port 80 using Windows’ Firewall. After
that I’d like to run on port 80 for example, then block port 81.

If it’s not possible to do this with Windows Firewall, can someone tell me of a very
simple third party firewall that can easily be installed for the purpose of blocking
specific ports.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or comments.
