Actually I’m trying to find any way, easy or complicated, to block a single port
in Windows. If your easier way is a closely guarded secret, I understand your desire
not to share, but if it isn’t, I’d appreciate if you can share the information.
Since my posting here I downloaded Zone Alarm Firewall. I thought they would have
some feature for blocking a port. But the only thing I can find with it is protecting
the compute, blocking programs and IP addresses and zones.
It shows which ports has been contacted, blocked along with lots of other data information,
but I can’t see an option to specifically block a port.
If anybody can contribute to this, thanks in advance. If I find a way with any program
for Windows I’ll update the topic for others who might want to block a specific port.
Thanks in advance for anyone who shares input.
