Files time are off by one hour since DST change

Before the DST change this 1st nov. 2009, a directory on Vista was synchronized with an USB drive. When trying to synchronize the same directory with the same USB drive, all files on Vista have their time off by one hour; those files weren't modified in any way, so the timestamps are expected to match.
