Have done all the suggested steps in the MS KB and a previous post in this forum for XP to no avail. I am using Vista SP2 and using MS Security Essentials, and Threatfire. I tried As Aware (free) and it detected the following: Name: RogueAntiSpyware.CoreguardAntivirus2009 Type: Registry Level: HIGH RISK Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Shell Extensions\Approved\{5E2121EE-0300-11D4-8D3B-444553540000} It was not detected by scans with the other security programs.
