The clock was setted as mentioned, with the correct timezone and the DST check active (automatic adjustment of DST). I think Vista may have done the same thing in reverse in march 2009: i.e. all dates on local disk were older by 1 hour; this nov., all dates on local disk are earlier by 1 hour.
