Perhaps you would be willing to provide at least a modicum of useful information when asking for assistance? If you are failing downloads then the first place to look is whether you have a yellow bar near the top of the window, right after you tell it to do the DL, that you can click on to permit the download to continue. This feature stops viral content from doing an unauthorized DL of malicious software and makes you make a conscious decision to continue.
