Yeah Just go into your display properties by right-clicking on your desktop and clicking properties... Then on the themes tab, make sure your theme is set to Windows XP... Then select the appearance tab and Set Windows and Buttons to Windows XP Style. Then Set Your Sub Design to Blue (But I reccomend Silver). Then Click OK.
