Make sure you have "Reconnect at Logon" checked in your mapping. http://www.dummies.com/WindowsXP/0-7645-0897-0_0004.html Microsoft says it won't reconnect if the resource is offline but "Reconnect at Logon" should work just like previous versions...although I have not actually tried it yet.
