Windows XP Boot Sunday, December 9, 2001 at 10:58 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Eric (3 messages posted) I have the AMD 1800+ and a regular Athlon 1.4GHz running on windows XP. I have noticed that when it is booting up there is like a gray bar that goes across the screen which acts like it is loading something, but it somes before the real windows loading screen. It does it on both computers running XP. And it does not do it on P4's. anyone know what I am talking about or what this bar is doing?
