I can't believe that after this many revisions of Windows, stupid Explorer does not
auto refresh its windows whenever changes are made (so I am constantly seeing files
and folders that are no longer there, and likewise not seeing newly added files on
network drives etc. until I press F5).

I have gone into the registry to set the UpdateMode DWord key to 0 in the registry
but this does not seem to have made any difference.

Does anyone know of a way to get windows to get its but in gear and actually show
the CURRENT state of the system.

Any advice gratefully received.
