Hi, i had this prob before i know how to fix it:
It's usually a power management issue. Go to Control Panel > Power Options > APM
and tick "Enable Advanced power Management Support".
Your 'Puter should now shutdown
Sorry for tha DOUBLE post if there are any when i wanted to preview i did pressed
back and my message went away typed this again it said error and forgot my msg AGAIN
when i press back now typing it again and i hope it get's thorugh lol how annoyin'
