TNT2 PCI + WinXP Prof ProbS!

Hi,
i have a TNT2 M64 32MB (PCI) video card, which worked fine on Windows 98
First Ed. but after i upgraded to xp the device wont function CAN SOMEONE
plz tell me what'z wrong wit it? and yes i have re'd alot of other ppl
having tha same prob is there a solution YET?
here's the error msg in device manager in Windows XP Professional
In General:
NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64/Model 64 PRO
Device type: Display Adapters
Manufacutrer: NVIDIA
Locator: PCI SLot 2(PCI BUS 0, Device 11, Function 0)
Device Status:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.
Resources:
Resource settings this device isnt using any recouces because it has a
problem

when i boot my comp is lagged can't play games even, but when i take it out
ut works fine no lag coz i have the built in vid card on my motherboard a
SiS one which i can't play games ;( i have had this prob for ova 3 weeks i
couldn't solve it in no way tried the following;
1. changed the PCI slots (still the same)
2. Assigning IRC to VGA in BIOS (it works but still las on the first boot XP
detects the card then i get a blank screen and i'm forced to reboot and
change it back
3. INSTALLED THE LATEST DRIVERS THE WIN2k AND SEVERAL OTHer ones still no
go.
4. Took it back to my computer store they said they can't help me coz they
don't know about XP
5. Emailed 3Power/Color (they have just told me to run windowz update and someother
stuff which i've already tried
6. i've tested it on my friends 'puter he has no probs running it! on XP as well....
Thanx i hope i get a reply like i said this prob is bad i really want it
solved..
it's almost been 2months now since i've had this prob
