After downloading, double-click the file to install the engine, then rerun the product setup. The isscript.msi is located at the bottom of the page, once you download it run the file. I had to install both the instmsiw.exe file and isscript.msi, once I did that then I had no more problems with it asking for the isccript path. Hope this helps.
