You HAD a virus, and your AV software removed the virus (cmd32.exe) but did not remove the registry entry that attempts to run it. You will have to edit the registry to remove the offending key. If you search google for cmd32.exe or system32.exe, you'll find several hundred articles, some will tell you what to change in the registry. You can't get rid of it with MSConfig.
