Shutdown Stalls at "Saving Settings" Monday, March 28, 2005 at 11:38 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by jay (2 messages posted) I have Windows XP and anymore whenever I try to reboot or shutdown, my computer freezes at the "saving settings" screen and I have to reset it. Also recently whenever I hibernate my laptop and turn it on, the toolbar freezes every-once-in-a-while any ideas because I am stumped?
