I've tried to recover it all but because I deleted the items by holding shift and then pressing delete, they haven't gone into the deleted items folder OR the permanently deleted folder. I did it by accidently holding ctrl with the shift and then hitting end just before delete thus highlighting all items and deleting them all. Where have they gone? Can I get them back - there is 500 odd!
