Try downloading "Softlogica - Handy Recovery" (downloads.com); I've got their software free before, I just don't know if they are charging now. Just please remember that to increase the chance of the deleted files to be recovered, avoid applications like defragmenters that may alter drive and make the image of the removed applications unrecoverable.
