Wireless Woes - Cisco? Windows?

Ok, just moved into a new apartment that has wireless points throughout it. I slapped down the deposit and got the wireless card from the office along with the Aironet Client Utility from Cisco.

On the drivers disc, it has a full profile upgraded to the apartment complex and all. With the names, passwords, all that jazz. If I go through seeking a wireless connection through the Windows utilities, I can't see my apartments connection at all. Heres the problem though. The Aironet client says "Your 350 series is Associated to Building9". 350 being my card of course. Randomly though, it swithces to being associated to Building 12, another point in the same network in the apartment. This has a different IP though, and always drops me from everything I'm doing. This can happen as much as once every 3 hours...but more frequently happens once every 5 minutes.
