Do you mean nothing at all prints on the lower part of
the page? If so, you need to set the page size in your
software application. You should lfind that under 
something like 

File -> Page setup. 

You may also need to set the paper size in your printer's
set up utility. You can access this either directly from

Start > Settings -> Printers and faxes

or in your application:

File -> Print ... (or in some cases, File -> Printer setup)
