hello
do you mean the internet cache?
thats easy. in internet explorer go into the tools menu and clik on options. on that
page there should be an option to delete all tempaory files. you should also delete
cookies as well.
i also would reccommend going onto www.download.com and searching for adaware, clickon
the 1st result and download it. run this software through your computer for spyware
(highly likely you have got quite a lot of it). also you should do a virus scan for
viruses. this should speed your computer up heaps.
