The search is currently not a problem because I can't boot my computer anymore. I can do it as a different user but not me. If I boot as different user and then switch to me it works normaly. I do have Win XP instalation DVD and I even performed Windows repair function of setup. It went through but the problem stayed the same. And there is misterious and suspicious file called msv0.dll that keeps on poping up on desktop. It really smells like trojan or something but 3 antivirus softwares can't find anything. Is there a way to find out what stops the boot? Event viewer reports nothing suspicious. Thank you

Can you boot into safe mode OK?
