Product key and WinXP Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 5:13 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by howard (2 messages posted) i have an original Boxed WINXP, to which i purchased 2 more keys through MS's website apparently i can have 5 total purchased. i have 3 PC's, and only know 1 of the keys associated to 1 of my pc's... Is there any place, similar to Win2k, where i can find/identify the product key in non-algorithmic text? I would imagine its in the registry files somewhere, after all found where my registered owner information is kept so i cant be that far off base here...
