Hi Debra
Disk Management
Did it show both drives Healthy; C: as primary?
So your drive has been partitioned - a sensible idea puts WXP on C: and users files/
Applications files on D?
Your film download - large download - did it complete; fail for lack of space?
Check freespace on your drives - should be enough for your downloads and at least
15-20% left free.
Open My Computer, right click drive, Properties, pie chart.
