No BSOD or event log will indicate some sort of a hardware failure. The operating
system must be able to run minimumly to log an event or show a BSOD. When the hardware
stops, you get nothing and a reboot happens. Could be about anything from a bad
powersupply to a componant on the motherboard, a peripheral, add on card, memory
etc etc. It can be very frustrating to find such causes without the tools and experience
as well as known good componats to swap out if it comes to that. Also could be a
heat problem effecting some componant. Could try checking the memory with this:

as a start and take a hard look at the PSU and possible heat problems.
