Computer turns on randomly

Anyone have any idea why my computer turns on randomly? I power it down and go away
for a while and I come back and it is on. It will also do this in the middle of the
night. I built this one from scratch and this just started recently.
Things I have already checked:
1. Checked BIOS and all "wake on's" are disabled.
2. Ran full virus scan - no virus found - I use EzAntivirus.
3. Ran full ad-ware scan with Ad-WareSE, Spy Bot and SuperAntiSpyware - Removed about
30 trackers but no dialers were found.
4. Checked power management and could not find anything wierd.
Recent changes to PC include:
1. I have an MSI k8n neo4 platnum motherboard with MSI live monitor installed since
the beginning. I installed Digicell, Core monitor and Infoview. I also uninstalled
Digicell and Core view to see if they were the problem but problem still exists.
2. I also just updated to internet explorer 7 which seemed to screw with my Maxthon
browsers favorites. The icons in the favorites that had a avatar now have the same
image as a shortcut to an uninstalled program has. Not a big deal as the link still
works but annoying non the less.
I realize it could be a faulty power switch but I was wondering if there was anything
else I should try before fooling around with that. I also realize that I can turn
the power switch off on the power supply and PC won't power on then but that is
a pain to do all the time. Also, if I do switch off the main power supply, the PC
wont automatically power on when I switch it back. I still have to press the power
button on the front of the case.
I use windows xp pro.
Any Ideas??
