corupt or missing config file Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 11:44 am Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by pc idiot (1 messages posted) I am running windows xp, it came up with the message that the config file is missing or currupt right after i emptied the recycle bin at the next log in. I have the start up disk for windows to repair it....however it wont load from the disk. Ive tried to reboot in safe mode, last known and safe with command and get nowhere.... How can i get this computer to boot from the Cd to repair itself ?? Thanks for your help!
