I frequently delete temporary internet files and cookies from my kids accounts by right clicking start and navigating the "tree" deleting temporary internet folders and cookies. I have recently noticed numerous files like this WERxxxx.dir00. To get to them I right click start>(choose an account)>Local Settings>Temp> WERxxxxdir.00. Does anyone know what they are and if they are needed. I try and keep the computer cleaned out as best I can but I don't remember seeing these files before. Also as a side note all my kids accounts (when I run through the "tree") have what I call expand boxes in front of their names. You know the small squares with the + in them. All except one son. I can't access his account. Every time I try it says Access Denied. Any ideas on that one either would be appreciated. Thank you again for the help.
