You are putting your "internet safety" at extreme risk by lowering your settings,
especially with java script exploits!
The absolute best settings are at High and your optional Java scripting totally
disabled.
But, this is not a perfect internet world where 98+ of the web sites use scripting
to one degree or another.
I basically set all my zones at Medium High and prompt or disable as needed with
my trusted zone with Java enabled (cautiously).
I also don't going lurking in the Dark Zones of the 'Net where there is danger
ready to attack you just by landing on page.
Be cautious!
